|1 teaspoon olive oil|
|¼ teaspoon kosher salt|
|¼ teaspoon black pepper|
|4 garlic cloves, sliced|
|1 ½ pounds haricots verts, trimmed|
- Preheat oven to 425°. Combine olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and haricots verts on a baking sheet, and toss to coat. Bake at 425° for 15 minutes or until tender, stirring once.
